岗位职责：
Job Goal:
1: The process engineer is responsible for optimizing the production process continuously; Fine-tune the key parameter base on the case study result(Aligned with experts before setting) or technical expert guidance for Printer/Extrusion/Doctor lines periodically, preparing relevant process document for technical analysis once have abnormal quality case happens;
2: Process engineer plans and co-operate/organize relevant testing (new packing material; new sleeves; new technology testing; ) and new equipment testing for performance improvement purpose;
3: Technical issue root cause analysis and action plan follow up;

Main Duties:
1: Keep effective communicate with the production & Technical manager and cross communicate with production team member to leading/Participate the all new testing activities in production area; Timely summarize the testing results and share the testing information with relevant members;
2: Responsible to create new process standard operation procedure(SOP) for new process; Updating the process key parameter base on the actual optimized process;
3: Responsible to make sure that production proceeds
smoothly and stays within budget for assigned projects;
4: Makes sure that all approved new products are produced on time and result is summarized in time and share among the team;
5: Assist the production manager to fulfill projects in workshop;
6: QIE/ SIP/Quality complaint internal/external investigation and action plan verification;
7: Other appointed work by manager;

Additional Assignment:
Additional Duties 1: Coaching the data specialist to know how handle the data in BDE and SAP system; includes: data entry; monthly production data collection and basic analysis; as well as discipline management;
2: Help the production supervisor to manage both doctor lines and clean up all the permanent film before phase out;
3: Production relevant documents version updating and conservation;
4: Other functions delegated from Manage;

Requirement:
1. Minimum 5-8 Years flexo printing control& troubleshotting.
2. Be farmilar with the overseas flexo printing machine in technology problem solution.
3. Have project handling in production operation excellence in process part.
4. Have production data analysis sense to overview the production cost saving and effeiency.
5. Have basic English background and good cross department communication.
