岗位职责：
职位目标：
开发新业务，并达成年度销售指标。
主要工作职责：
? 开发市场，完成销售战略；
? 确定市场需求提供市场和竞争对手的分析；
? 通过分销网络开发和管理有效的销售渠道；
? 开发直接业务并与国际品牌客户建立联系。
? 维护良好的客户关系，持续改进客户满意度。
? 有效的处理业务。
? 积极参与商务活动，包括但不限于参加行业展会，订单跟进和应收账款的验收，持续开发有盈利机会的业务。
? 熟练应用IT系统。
职位要求：
? 本科及以上学历，5-7年销售工作经验
? 印刷包装行业、烟包行业经验优先。
? 销售业绩优秀，具备开发客户和维护客户的能力。
? 普通话良好，英文良好。
? 团队合作意识，正直、诚信。
? 能接受较频繁的出差，热情,能抗高压工作。
? 具备团队管理能力。

工作地点：上海，广州或北京

Position Objective:
Support Segment Manager in developing new profitable business in the responsible markets and achieve annual sales targets.
Major Responsibilities:
o Support Segment Manager in developing the sales strategy in market and its full implementation;
o Identify market needs and provide regular market and competitor analysis reports
o Develop and manage effective sales channels in particular through distribution networks
o Develop direct business and establish direct contact with brand owners
o Maintain good customer relations and continuously improve customer satisfaction
o Conduct business activities in the most cost effective way
o Proactively participate in all commercial activities including but not limited to attending industry fairs,
marketing promotions, order follow up, AR collection., etc. Continuously explore new profitable business opportunities
o Be proficient in utilizing the most updated IT systems
Qualification and Requirements
o 5-7 years of sales working experience
o Packaging, printing, paper and Cigarette board industry working experience is preferable
o Proven track records and capabilities within sales, value creation sales, customer contacts
o Bachelor degree and above
o Fluent Mandarin both in verbal and written; good command of English
o Team player and high integrity
o Willing to travel
o Passionate and willing to work under pressure
o People management exposure is a plus
